At the heart of the experience is the Technogym Checkup, an AI-powered assessment tool that uses advanced measurement technology to evaluate physical fitness and overall wellness. Through six scientifically validated tests, it analyzes body composition, balance, mobility, strength through a 1RM test, cardiovascular capacity by estimating VO2 max while monitoring heart rate, as well as cognitive functions such as attention, memory and concentration.

The results are combined into a single Wellness Age™ score, indicating whether the body's condition matches its chronological age. After completing the assessment, each user also receives a personalized training program tailored to their individual results.

The assessment begins by stepping onto a platform equipped with eight contact electrodes, which use a low-level, completely safe electrical current to measure body composition. Based on this data, the system calculates muscle mass, body fat percentage, body water and other key metrics, while the integrated scale simultaneously records body weight.

The results are processed in real time by the Technogym AI Coach, which transforms them into easy-to-understand scores and personalized recommendations for improvement, from mobility to strength. Throughout the entire assessment, users are guided by a 3D digital assistant on a large Full HD touchscreen display, allowing the experience to be completed without assistance from on-site staff.

The Technogym Checkup is available free of charge throughout the tournament at the Technogym stand in the Social Arena. Visitors can also reserve their appointment in advance through the Technogym App to avoid waiting in line. In addition, for anyone looking to loosen up, a daily group stretching session is held at the Technogym stand at 5:00 p.m., open to all tournament visitors.
