Top 20 star Davidovich Fokina to debut in Umag, final on Saturday July 18

The singles final of this year’s ATP tournament Plava Laguna Croatia Open Umag will be played on Saturday, 18 July. The closing stages of Croatia’s most renowned tennis tournament will once again take place in an attractive Saturday slot, for the third consecutive season. We are also announcing the arrival of another Top 20 player – Spain’s Alejandro Davidovich Fokina.

Goran Ivanišević is back on the coaching circuit — this time as mentor to one of the most promising young players in world tennis, France’s Arthur Fils. A long-time ambassador of the Umag tournament, whose centre court bears his name, the Croatian returns to the ATP Tour through an intriguing new project.

Davis Cup Champion Flavio Cobolli returns to Umag as ticket sales begin

The Plava Laguna Croatia Open will celebrate its 36th edition this year, and already six months ahead of the tournament, one of the world’s leading players has confirmed his participation. Flavio Cobolli, a member of Italy’s golden new generation of tennis stars, will return to Stella Maris, providing an exciting early announcement for the tournament, which will take place from 10 to 18 July.
