Food Truck Zone • Alongside the premium wine selection, Taste Istria brings a modern interpretation of traditional Istrian cuisine. In the food truck zone, visitors can taste a variety of gourmet specialties inspired by local ingredients and recipes, prepared in a contemporary style.
„Hidden Charms of Istrian Wines” • guided tastings are held Sunday–Friday at 21:00, led by HSK sommelier Lucija Matijević. On Friday, the winner of the ATP Wine of the Year award will be announced.
