The Taste Istria zone offers a unique eno-gastronomic experience where top-level tennis, the flavours of Istria and the evening seaside atmosphere come together.
Wines & Wineries • Discover Malvasia, Teran and Muscat, along with a selection of labels from renowned Istrian winemakers: Franc Arman, Fiore, Benčić, Bruno Ferenac, Cattunar, Coronica, CUJ, Franković, Vina Zigante, Ravalico, Dešković, Prelac, Damjanić, Roxanich, Geržinić and Agrolaguna.
“Hidden Charms of Istrian Wines” • Guided tastings take place Sunday–Friday at 21:00, led by HSK sommelier Lucija Matijević. On Friday, the winner of the ATP Wine selection will also be announced.
Food Truck Zone • Alongside the excellent wine selection, Taste Istria also offers modern interpretations of traditional Istrian cuisine. In the food truck area, visitors can enjoy a variety of gourmet specialties inspired by local ingredients and recipes, prepared with a contemporary twist.
