On court, world-class tennis was once again at the center of attention, with Luciano Darderi lifting the trophy and reaffirming Umag’s reputation as a launchpad for rising stars. Over eight energetic days, spectators were able to follow elite tennis across two main venues – the ATP Stadium Goran Ivanišević and the Studenac Arena.
In 2025, the tournament also delivered a rich festival program, headlined by global DJ icon Steve Aoki and Croatian and European sensation Baby Lasagna, while within the complex the Taste Istria zone drew special attention, bringing together leading Istrian winemakers, chefs and local producers. Alongside the main ATP event, the tournament program also included Kids Week, Stars Open and the ITF Wheelchair Croatia Open, strengthening its inclusiveness and diversity.
Global reach continued to grow thanks to broadcasts on leading international TV networks, further cementing Umag’s position among the most visible ATP 250 tournaments worldwide. With more than 100,000 visitors, 100 hours of music and a strong economic impact on the local community, Umag 2025 once again stood out as a symbol of top-level sport, entertainment and international relevance. For the 35th year in a row, the tournament has proven why it remains Croatia’s most dazzling summer sports-entertainment brand.
