Slovak Martin Klizan and Spaniard David Marrero are the champions of the 24th Vegeta Croatia Open in doubles competition.
Playing on the ATP stadium in Umag, Slovak-Spanish double were better than the third seeded German-American double Simon Stadler-Nicholas Monroe in three sets (6:1, 7:5, 10:7).The final match lasted 1 hour and 18 minutes.
On their way to the title, Klizan and Marrero beat, among others, Croatian double Franko Škugor-Antonio Veic.
