PRESENTATION OF THE NEW PROMOTIONAL VIDEO OF ISTRIA - PRESS EVENT
The new tourist promotional movie about the beauty of Istria will have its premiere at Vegeta Croatia Open. The movie, filmed on over 20 locations, attempted to embody the beauty of the Istrian coast and mainland, but also the wealth of its eno-gastronomic offer as well as the hospitality of the Istrian people. The director and screenwriter of the movie is Kras Gančev, and Radislav Jovanov Gonzo was the cameraman. The author of the musical arrangement is Tomas Burić who has compiled traditional Istrian melodies, using not only the classical instruments, but also the traditional Istrian instruments such as roženice, mih and šurle. The music producer of the movie is the famous Croatian cello player Ana Rucner who will magnify the film premiere with her live performance.
 
21.30 OLIVER DRAGOJEVIĆ, OPENING CONCERT (ATP STADIUM)
Umag's ATP stadium will host the legend of the Croatian music scene Oliver Dragojević, and his long term friend Gibonni will be performing as a guest. Oliver's only summer performance will be a unique chance for all of the guests to enjoy themselves along with the rich musical repertoire of the legend from Split.

Tomislav Gretić has become known to a wide audience by taking part in a popular culinary television shows, however, this chef has built his career and reputation for a long time, in Croatia as well as internationally, thus becoming one of the most important and most appreciated individuals of the Croatian culinary scene. He has managed a series of restaurants, and today he's the main chef at the hotel Monte Mulini in Rovinj. Bruno Trapan is a young Istrian wine maker, who has, unlike his colleagues, built his career on his own, by buying land near Šišan and planting vineyards. Trapan's wish is to conserve and emphasize the value of authentic sorts as well as to show that the fertile Istrian red earth is ideal for the success of international dark sorts.
