The great friends of the tournament in Umag, Goran Ivanišević and Mansour Bahrami, decided to warm up for the exhibition match in a somewhat unusual manner. They played a game of – tennis on sand. Croatia’s popular tennis players, Ivana Abramović and Jelena Tošić, joined the duo in this doubles match, alongside the world’s most famous tennis freestyler Stefan Bojić. Tennis on sand has been around for thirty years and this year it will make its debut at the tournament in Umag.
