Seeing as there were many wine connoisseurs and winemakers whose wines were compared among the participants, Suwi Zlatic learned from first hand about the way the top Istrian wines are produced.
Even though the name of the workshop suggested they would compare and contrast the wines from Croatia and Austria, Zlatic said the point wasn’t to decide which wines were better but to compare them and enjoy all their unique characteristics. The atmosphere was very relaxed and all the participants gladly took part and contributed to the discussion, leaving the workshop with new oenological experiences and deeper knowledge of wines.
