It wasn’t difficult for this top pastry chef and foodstuff connoisseur to achieve a perfect harmony of ingredients in a dessert that some people came back for several times during the tournament.

"This year, we wanted to change our dessert offer and make something nice and light for the summer, something that would not be too difficult to prepare for a large number of guests. Last year’s hit was the lemon tart, and this year’s it’s the hazelnut tartlet. Next year, it will be something new that will hopefully impress our guests just as much", Perić said.
