The third night of wine tastings "Hidden charms of
Istrian wines" was conducted in a cheerful tone - the
theme was aged malvazija and three wine makers merged in a
combination of youth and experience. Coronica, Kabola and
Trapan brought their best wines in front of the audience
and, as the owner of Kabola said, since all three wines are
excellent, may the charm of the wine maker win.
Whatever the criteria was last night, Bruno Trapan
received the most points thus entering the finals for the ATP wine
2014 title.
Apart from the sommelier secrets on how to recognize quality wine,
the guests of Istria Gourmet zone leanerd that the name aged
malvazija doesn't mean you should be lying down while drinking it.
That was the most important information of the night, since the
glasses of all guests were empty by the end of the tasting. Another
excellent event with three great wine makers. Everything continues
