We know that this tournament is one of the symbols of Umag, so our main task will be to bring in both quality players and top musicians, but also to organize the entire program at the highest possible level", said Tomislav Poljak.

It is an event that has its own long tradition, which is being improved with new content every year, in all segments. In the future, we want to further internationalize the tournament and raise its attractiveness for audiences and other sponsors, because besides being a powerful tool for the international promotion of tourism, it is also a lever for further development of tennis business in Umag. Considering the tradition of Croatia Open Umag and the existing tennis infrastructure, in which Plava Laguna has invested more than 1 million Kuna this year, Umag is the most important tennis center in Istria, Croatia and the region, so we will continue to work on improving tennis related content in order to further strengthen this position.
