This year's Thursday is once again the day traditionally reserved for the Miss Hostess competition, featuring 12 participants, all beautiful hostesses of the Umag-based tournament hailing from across Croatia: Marieta Fabijančić, Mia Pojatina, Ivana Vukojević, Antonia Ljubenko, Sara Lacko, Katia Klobučar, Marcela Hajek, Doria Igić, Elena Dizdar, Ena Holjević, Ivona Hron and Nicole Drušković.
The sponsor of the competition is Kozmo, whose team will, together with makeup artist Tanja Lukin, take care of the competitors' makeup. Their styling will be the responsibility of the UK fashion brand F&F and Optika Kraljević. The current Miss Croatia, Angelica Zacchigna, will be the competition's special guest; she will sit on the jury and showcase her talent - singing - to the audience. It will be a special treat for Umag inhabitants as, after twenty years and the beautiful Vanja Rupena, Istria once again has its own Miss Croatia.
The beautiful hostesses are not just the tournament's spokesmodels and its more attractive side - they are also hardworking members of the organizing team comprising over 400 people. They hold responsible positions in a dozen different services working on the event's organization and activities at the ATP Stadium or the additional side events outside the Stadium.
