Twenty-year-old Mia Pojatina is the winner of this year's Miss Hostess of the Konzum Croatia Open Umag beauty pageant. According to the jury, this beautiful lady from Nova Gradiška is the prettiest of all the girls who have for the past several days been tirelessly working on the organization of the tournament in Umag.
The competition attracted considerable interest from the spectators and the jury included a number of famous Croatians. Katia Klobučar from Rijeka was the first runner-up and Elena Dizdar from Croatia the second runner-up. Antonija Ljubenko, a student of the Law School in Karlovac, was voted Miss Photogenic.
Fani Stipković hosted the event and the most beautiful hostess, Mia Pojatina, received her sash and flowers from Istraturist director and chairman of the tournament's Organizing Committee Ronald Korotaj and Miss Croatia Angelica Zacchigna, who also sang At Last at the pageant.
