Pavić and Brkić played two doubles matches today. For the first match, Pavić joined forces with young Arian to play against Brkić and Oscar, who arrived in Umag from the neighboring Hungary. The match was so good that they decided to play another one. This time, Pavić paired up with Mia, while Brkić decided to rely on the experienced Nea. “This was truly fantastic tennis. There are some really great tennis players here and I am happy to see that they are all so active and love sports,” said Pavić, who will be playing in the doubles competition together with Brkić tomorrow at the 30th edition of the Plava Laguna Croatia Open Umag.
Taking a joint photo was unavoidable and, afterwards, the tennis duo signed the recognizable Umag tennis balls for their fans. Later on, the children played some fun games, with Babolat taking care of the gifts. Each day, boys and girls who come to the Kids’ Week have the opportunity to train and learn from their tennis idols.
