During the second day at the Celebrity stage, hosts

Alexandr Dolgopolov, his Russian colleague
Andrey Kuznetsov, and the musician Ante
Gelo. Once again the stage was very joyful, but this time
the tennis players were the ones singing. The cheerful Dolgopolov
sang "Katjuša" with assistance from the host, however, Kuznetsov
surprised everyone present by singing Gibonni's well known hit
single "Zlatne godine".
Dologopolov awaits one of the most exciting matches of the
tournament, because he will test his game against eight girls,
hostesses at the ATP. "I don't think there will be any problems
tonight, even though it won't be easy for me or them. I think it
will be a lot of fun", he said while adding that Umag's tournament
is special to him due to its relaxed atmosphere and additional
entertainment events. "I'm not forced to just stay at the hotel and
play matches like at several other tournaments", said Dolgopolov
who had a taste of Umag's party life last night: I can't overdo it.
I didn't party very much last year, I only went out three times,
but it's important for me to get plenty of sleep every night in
order to recover for the upcoming matches". Last year's Umag winner
claims he doesn't feel any pressure to defend his title. "I'll do
my best to play at the top of my game", he concluded.
Kuznetsov is in Umag for the second time. "I don't know what to
expect from the tournament but I will do my best to achieve the
best result possible", announced Kuznetsov, who arrived in Umag
from Spain where he was in training.
The famous musician Ante Gelo and his band arrived to Umag in
order to provide a musical cover for the excellent gastronomic
programs of Istria Gourmet Festival. "The food is great in Naša
Kužina and I highly recommend everyone to try their specialties and
good wines. We fit in very well with our instrumental performances
and we're frequent quests at the ATP. We have big tennis fan in the
band as well", bragged Gelo.
This year's Celebrity stage will once again host a humanitarian
action "Umag's stars for Umag's children", which gathers funds for
children with special needs from Umag. The tournament novelty is
the ATP Fashion show, where the renowned brand Sergion Tacchini
presented its current line of athletic clothing.
